XTM for Layer 2 Services with DNA-MCourse Description
This course provides an overview and practice in configuring the layer 2 features of EMXP products including: Overview of Ethernet protocol from MEF perspective, Overview of L2 products and features, Practice creating L2 services according to MEF network model, Practice with configuration of traffic policing and shaping, Practice configuring L2 resiliency features: LAG and ERPS, Practice using Ethernet OAM for monitoring the L2 network, and Practice setting up Management VLANs for inband management channels. Additionally, the training will include MPLS-TP overview and configuration on XTM using DNA-M. Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: • Understand Layer 2 Basics • Know more about the Infinera Metro Layer 2 XTM-Platform product portfolio • Have a good understanding of building, installing and commissioning the EMXP family of Traffic Units. • Do Layer 2 Ethernet and MPLS-TP Service Provisioning from the DNA-M.Audience
